The task is to draw up and update the school expansion program of the city of Fürth as a higher-level multi-project management system with determination of the framework project schedule and the overall budget of the school expansion program as well as the distribution of the resulting necessary budget funds over the financial years. The basis for the list and update is the approximate study of several individual school locations.

This ongoing, higher-level multi-project management is planned for a period of 4 years from the conclusion of the contract. The school expansion program must be drawn up quickly within the first contract year. The rough survey of individual school projects concerns around 13 school locations, currently with an average of around 15 classes each, as well as the construction of a central cafeteria for several schools (probably around 1,200 meal participants).

The establishment and updating of the school expansion program is intended to develop a forward-looking short, medium and long-term school expansion and restructuring strategy. It is intended to form the basis for decisions on construction investments and for building maintenance measures and for financial and personnel resource planning.

Feasibility studies are to be developed for each location as a basis for the preparation of the overarching schedule and cost planning of the school expansion program with framework project schedule, total cost framework and budget planning.
