1. The subject of the contract is: the purchase of electricity for the operation of buildings and utility facilities of the Police School in Piła.

2. Place of order execution:

1) Police School in Piła, Plac Staszica 7, 64-920 Piła - tariff group C21 - estimated electricity consumption is 543 247 kWh;

2) Police School in Piła, 192 Bydgoska Street, 64-920 Piła - tariff group B11 - estimated electricity consumption is 7,349 kWh.

3. Detailed definition of the scope of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract and in Annex 4 to the SWZ – Draft provisions of the contract.

1. The total estimated demand for electricity is only indicative for the purpose of comparing offers and does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Contracting Authority to purchase electricity in the specified amount. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim against the Contracting Authority for failure to consume the anticipated amount of electricity. The Contracting Authority shall pay for the quantities of electricity actually consumed.

2. With reference to Article 433(4) and Article 455(1)(1) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority reserves the right not to perform the subject matter of the contract with a value of up to 50% of the gross remuneration. The Contractor is not entitled to any financial or legal claims for non-performance of part of the order. The quantities given are estimates and do not oblige the Ordering Party to purchase the goods in these quantities.
