The SWT Public Law Institution of the City of Trier and its associated SWT Stadtwerke Trier Versorgungs-GmbH intend to offer its employees the leasing of bicycles according to § 63a StVZO by way of the conversion of charges on the basis of individual contracts. The basis for this is TV bicycle leasing on the one hand and § 6 para. 8 BezTV-N RP on the other.

The subject of this call for tenders is a framework service agreement with a provider of bicycle leasing models, which includes all services related to bicycle leasing.

From approximately 830 employees in both companies, TV bicycle leasing is applied to around 610 employees and to around 220 employees § 6 para. 8 Beztv-n RP. A total of around 175 employees have expressed their fundamental interest in converting fees for the purpose of leasing bicycles, with no minimum purchase quantity associated with this. A minimum order quantity is expressly not agreed upon.
