The acquisition will include MS Dynamics CRM system maintenance services and professional services related to development and integration implementation. The current contract to develop, integrate and maintain the CRM system is coming to an end.
The MS Dynamics CRM system has been in use in Haaga-Helia since 2008 and the system was upgraded to the cloud version in 2019. Several extensions and integrations have been made to the system with other systems in use on Haaga-Heliia. During the period 2021-2023, a number of service-expanding and developing projects have been planned, detailed in the attachments to the RFQ. Professional services carried out at unit price include e.g. Version upgrades of D365 CRM services and maintenance and development of existing functionality, maintenance and development of integrations between the D365 CRM environment and other systems in Haaga-Helia, and other professional services such as failure fixes, operational training and the maintenance of the instruction.
Maintenance of existing functionality covers e.g. As a basic service for maintaining D365 CRM, edits, extensions, and integrations, including interference management.
