The objective of the Framework agreement is to cover DSB's transport and forwarding services. The agreement includes all of DSB's operations, with a head office in Tønsberg and other locations all over Norway. Transport of civil protection between the Civil Protection's central storage at Starum, civil protection districts in all counties, as well as transport of materials across borders in connection with DSB's international assignments, will be a major part of the delivery.

Call-offs against the framework agreement will always depend on the existing requirements and cannot be further estimated.

DSB shall enter into an agreement with one provider. This means that the tender must include the complete service requirement. Tenders cannot submit tenders for only parts of the assignment, as stated in the requirement specification.

All minimum requirements to the Delivery made by the Contracting Authority are given in the agreement documents enclosed the tender invitation. Tenders that do not meet the minimum requirements to the Delivery can be rejected.
