1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of reagents and laboratory equipment. The subject of the contract includes 2 tasks (partial tenders).
2. A detailed description of the item of the order is contained in Annex 1a to the offer form — price form/description of the item of the order.
3. The Contractor is obliged to fulfil the order under the terms and conditions described in the proposed contract provisions constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.
4. The Contracting Authority provides for the application of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Article 139 (1) of the Pzp Act, i.e. the Contracting Authority shall first examine and evaluate the tenders and then make the qualification of the contractor whose offer has been highest assessed, in the absence of grounds for exclusion and fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
Reagents and laboratory equipment according to the catalogue: Thermo Fisher or equivalent1. The object of the order is the supply of reagents and laboratory equipment.
2. A detailed description of the item of the order is contained in Annex 1a to the Offer Form — Price Form/Description of the item of the order.
3. Requirements for the subject of the order:
3.1 The Contracting Authority shall offer products with the same or no worse quality parameters and standards as indicated in Annex 1a to the Offer Form.
3.2 The Contracting Authority requires the offer of full-fledged products, non-sampled, not previously the subject of exhibitions and presentations which are derived from current production, having the required certificates and certificates authorised for marketing within the European Union, not encumbered by the rights of third parties or parties.
3.3 Warranty conditions for the subject of the order must be no worse than the manufacturer's warranty.
3.4 Products covered by the order on the day of delivery should have not less than 75% of the shelf life specified by the manufacturer, where applicable.
3.5 The Contracting Authority shall allow smaller packages, however, provided that the quantity ordered by the Contracting Authority is offered and specified in Annex 1a to the Offer Form.
