The buildings are modular designed so that many parts have the same mass. The stairwells are built with a lift shaft and precast stairs.

The basement is made of WU concrete. The load-bearing walls of limestone or reinforced concrete. The ceilings are made of reinforced concrete as filigree ceilings. The roofs are reinforced concrete ceilings with a slope of 3%.
