The building consists mainly of the building materials wood (cross-laminated timber), in some areas in visible quality and of the building materials concrete (sub-areas in exposed concrete quality). Due to the slope situation, the building has a partial basement. The foundation of the non-basement hall is stepped from the basement level. The basement serves school purposes (lessons, after-school care) and also consists of exposed concrete walls and interior walls in cross-laminated timber construction.
