The contracting entity offers a contract regarding audit assistance for the audit of Dansk Retursystem A/S.
The contract contains certain annual fixed tasks for which the tenderer must submit a fixed price in connection with the submission of the tender. In addition, the contracting entity can order ad hoc tasks for up to DKK 100,000 annually, of which two ad hoc tasks are already planned to take place respectively. 2023 and 2024.
The contract is expected to enter into force in February 2023 and run until 31 December 2025.
The contract includes an option to extend for 1 x 36 months.
In accordance with the Deposit Order, Dansk Retursystem A/S has the exclusive right to operate the deposit and return system set to expire on 1 January 2026.
In accordance with the Mortgage Order, the contracting entity performs the following tasks:
- Supervises compliance with the rules of the Mortgage Order, and the decisions made by Dansk Retursystem A/S after the executive order can be appealed to the contracting entity.
- Approval of operating fees that Dansk Retursystem A/S annually sets.
- Approval of Dansk Retursystem A/S' borrowing and acquisition of real estate.
The contracting entity's supervision of Dansk Retursystem A/S' affairs is based on the annual budgets as well as annual reports, annual reports and half-yearly reports that the contracting entity must receive. The contracting entity may determine the information to be contained in the management report of the annual report, the annual report and the half-yearly report, and the contracting entity may lay down detailed guidelines for the preparation of the budget and the basis for calculating operating charges.
With the tendered contract, the contracting entity wishes to receive assistance with the revision of Dansk retursystem, including the following:
- Annual review of the basis for setting and approving operating fees
- Annual review of annual report, annual report and half-yearly report
- Various ad hoc tasks, including
-- Update of audit instructions in 2023
-- Revision of handling allowance rates in 2024
-- Assistance in any case concerning borrowing and property acquisition
-- Ongoing advice
