This consultation concerns the supply and transmission of natural gas.

The methods for determining the perimeter of each subsequent contract and their conditions of evolution are specified in Articles 3 and 6 of the CCTP of this framework agreement.

Contracting public persons:

The public contracting entities are Mayenne Community, SISAC (Syndicat inter-communal sports associations and cultural Contest and Saint-Baudelle), the cities of Mayenne, Saint-Baudelle and Aron.

They constituted a group of orders pursuant to Article 28 of Order No. 2015-899 of 25.7.2015 relating to public procurement, Mayenne Community being the coordinator.
