The procurement concerns the delivery of ticket inspection services for buses, trams, express boats and ferries that are operated under contract for AtB. The procurement also includes the following services:
- additional delivery of objective inspections (quality controls)
- passenger counting
- guard and security services related to passenger and driver safety on board means of transport, at stops and at terminals
The procurement consists of two contracts, Greater Trondheim and Region. This described further in the Assignment Description.
The contract applies from and including contract commencement and has a duration of 4 years, calculated from the Start-Up Date of 20 June 2023.
The contracting authority has a unilateral option to extend the contract for 1+1 year.
