After the demolition of the existing sanitary building, the extension of the Wilhelm-Tanck-Schule at Färberstraße 25 in Neumünster is planned as a 3-storey new building with a net floor area of approx. 2,800 m² directly adjacent to the existing listed building. The building will have a flat roof with extensive greenery and a PV system.

The electrical work and building automation include emergency lighting, low-voltage systems, multi-branch house entries, sub-distributions, cable routes and fire protection measures, general electrical installation, luminaires and lighting control, equipotential bonding, construction power supply and building security lighting, telecommunications systems, break signal system, fire alarm system, data transmission networks EDP and building automation including KNX devices, cables and wires.
