Renovation and change of use former hospital - heat supply systems

The construction of a medical center is planned on the ground floor of the health campus and a conversion into a nursing home on the 1st to 3rd floor. With this tender, the heating trade is tendered. Previously, district heating has been supplied to the hospital and the building has been supplied via radiators and decentralized heat exchangers in the ventilation system. It is planned to renew the district heating station and the heating distributor. The entire building will continue to be supplied via radiators in the future. In addition, the ventilation of the basement floors and the ventilation of the kitchen must be connected via heating technology.
