The current agreement will expire by operation of law as of 30 November 2022. Renewal options are no longer possible. The current service provider mainly provides support at the Open Days of Albeda, but also at other events such as building openings and other personnel and educational activities. Services mainly concern the provision of event furniture, the installation and operation of stages, sound and light installations and other matters that are necessary when taking care of events. In addition, the service provider to be contracted is expected to have adequate knowledge and skills about organizing events and that this is shared with the employees of the Event Bureau and the Medialab of Albeda. This also applies to digital events.
Several activities per year. Based on the turnover of the past year a forecast of € 100,000 per year incl. VAT. No rights can be derived from the specified value.
