This consultation concerns the renovation operation of the State administrative city of Cluzel located at n o 61, avenue de Grammont in Tours (37). The renovation concerns an eleven-storey building and its adjoining two-storey wing, with the aim of optimizing and densifying the occupation of the administrative city, improving the energy performance of the building as well as the quality of use for agents and the quality of public service. The content of the project is detailed in the program. The expected services as well as the construction site constraints are specified in the act of engagement valid for the Special Administrative Clauses (CCAP). The duration of the contract is thirty-six months. As an indication, the estimated duration of the site is twenty-two months, including two months of preparation.
