The Federal Institute for Real Estate Tasks intends to award the gutter cleaning service described in more detail in the service description and in Annexes C-01 to C-06.

The aim of the service contract to be awarded is to protect the drainage systems of the roofs as well as the roof surfaces from damage, to protect rain gutters from corrosion due to retaining water and thus the structural substance from the entry of rainwater into the roof and façade, and to preserve the value of a property. The work must be carried out in accordance with the safety and required safety-relevant aspects in compliance with the applicable laws. The service to be awarded includes the cleaning of the gutters, the cleaning of the downpipes, the downpipe drains, drains or roof inlets.

There are 52 buildings on the site, which are used differently and each have a different roof covering (see Appendix B-02 Price Sheet).
