The object of the order is the collection and development of municipal waste from the territory of the municipality of Tuchola, from the property on which the inhabitants reside, on the terms set out in Annex 1 to the Specification of the Terms of Order (hereinafter SWZ) - “Detailed description of the object of the order”
2. The subject of the order also includes the collection and management of municipal waste collected at the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK) in Bladowo — without running and operating the PSZOK.
3. The scope also includes the maintenance of detailed documentation related to the implementation of the contract in question, together with the issuance of the KPO (for the receipt of waste from the PSZOK in Bladowo) and the cyclical delivery of segregation bags to all properties covered by the municipal management system waste.

The Contracting Authority stipulates that wherever in the contents of the documents consisting of the description of the subject of the contract are indicated trademarks, patents, origin, sources or specific processes that characterize the products or services provided by a particular Contractor, allows solutions equivalent to those shown in the description of the subject of the contract. It is therefore allowed to propose equivalent equivalents with properties not inferior and guaranteeing the attainment of parameters not lower than those required by the Contracting Authority. The criteria used by the Contracting Authority to assess equivalence are the minimum technical, operational, performance, quality and functional conditions indicated directly in the dossier of this proceeding. Where references to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101 (1) (2) and paragraph 3 of Pzp occur in the description of the subject of the order, the Contracting Authority shall allow solutions equivalent to those described and shall be accompanied by such the words “or equivalent”. A Contractor who invokes equivalent solutions to those described by the Contracting Authority shall demonstrate that the products or services offered by him meet the requirements laid down by the Contracting Authority (not inferior to those indicated by the Contracting Authority). The Contractor should demonstrate the equivalence of the product by indicating the equivalent parameters of the offered product.
7. Employment requirements on the basis of the employment relationship, in the circumstances worth. 95 of the Pzp Act.
