The purpose of this service contract relates to the appointment of an external service for prevention and protection at work, for the medical surveillance and management of psychosocial risks of workers of the asbl New Samusocial.

This contract concerns the operational workers as well as the administrative and logistical staff of the non-profit association NEW SAMUSOCIAL.

The provision of internal occupational prevention and protection services is entrusted to a level 1 worker.

As part of these recommendations, Samusocial has undertaken to open up to public procurement the designation of an External Service for Prevention and Protection at Work (SEPP). The current incumbent operator is Cohezio vzw (formerly spmt ARISTA vzw).

As of March 31, 2023, the association had 544 workers (523.45 FTEs) distributed as follows:

- 194 social;

- 46 medical;

- 250 miscellaneous and supervision;

- 54 administrative.

The staff is spread over 10 centres and one administrative centre, all located in the Brussels-Capital Region.

The NACEBEL code of the activity is 87.902: general social services with accommodation.
