This tender procures an implementing consultant. The overall objective of the consultant’s assignment is to ensure an effective preparation and implementation of the SEMP. The duration of the overall assignment is expected to be approximately 5,5 years. This comprises a preparatory phase of 1 to 1,5 years and an implementation phase of approximately 4 years. — feasibility study (basic contract),

— interim consultancy services (option 1),

— implementation mandate, stage I (option 2),
