At southern Oberwiesenfeld, near the Olympic Park, along the Schweere Reiter Straße, stadibau is planning a new residential district with a total of around 670 apartments for state staff, 3 daycare centers and offices.

The construction project is divided into 2 construction stages:

- BA1: house 1 and house 2, with approx. 342 apartments, 2 daycare centers and offices

- BA2: house 3 and house 4, with about 350 apartments, 1 daycare center

In the present proceedings, metal construction work is put out to tender for BA2.
