We invite you to participate in a market dialogue concerning the City of Tampere's upcoming procurement of Corporate Gifts and Distribution Products. Through this dialogue, we aim to provide an opportunity for feedback on the objectives and guidelines of the procurement, enhance knowledge of market solutions, and strengthen providers' perspectives on the procurement process.
This is not a request for proposals, and this notice does not solicit bids but invites interested suppliers to the market dialogue. The purpose of the market dialogue is to map the market and gather information and perspectives from stakeholders so that any potential future tendering can be conducted appropriately.
This information request does not obligate the contracting authority to carry out the actual procurement. The contracting authority is not required to take into account the views presented during the market dialogue when preparing the tendering process. Participation in the market dialogue and answering questions does not bind the provider to participate in the tendering process, nor is it a prerequisite for later participation in the actual tendering. Participation or non-participation in the dialogue will not affect the position of the operator in the actual tendering. No compensation will be paid to those who participate in the market dialogue.
We ask interested providers to register for the market dialogue by September 8, 2025, at 16:00 via email: hankinnat@tampere.fi
Registered participants will receive draft materials regarding the procurement and questions by email, to which we request providers to respond in writing and send their answers by email by September 15, 2025, at 16:00 to: hankinnat@tampere.fi
Upon receiving the answers, the contracting authority may continue the market dialogue and hold bilateral discussions with potential providers. Bilateral discussions are intended to take place during September via Teams. The contracting authority reserves the right to invite responding companies to discussions in order to gather a wide variety of perspectives related to the upcoming procurement. Responses will be treated as confidential.
