The subject of the contract is a framework agreement for the procurement of f5 load balancers, hardware maintenance, software maintenance and services for supplementary and replacement requirements.
The tenderer must prove his suitability in accordance with the specified requirements. For this purpose, the documents listed in Form 325 EU must be attached to the tender.
Furthermore, the bidder must demonstrably meet at least the following requirements:
ISO 9001 (Quality)
ISO 14001 (Environment)
ISO 20000 (ITIL)
ISO 27001 (IT security)
"Gold UNITY Reseller" of f5 or higher. The verification is done via the f5 website.
In the context of the invitation to tender, a maximum purchase quantity is defined under Chapter A, point 2 of the service description.
The estimated purchase value that can be called up during the term of the framework agreement for the procurement and services of the above-mentioned items is EUR 2,100,000 gross, the maximum value called up is EUR 3,000,000 gross.
