The Framework Agreement concerns the treatment of the diversion of residual household waste from the SETMI waste-to-energy plant (UVE incineration) during its technical shutdown and the upgrading to BREF standards. The holder must receive, treat and dispose of this waste in accordance with the regulations in force.
