Anno museum shall construct a museum building that will house a regional history centre for dissemination, preservation, documentation and research related to the region's history.
An open architectural competition was held in 2021 based on tender documentation and floor space plan for a museum building for Domkirkeodden museum. Subsequently, a feasibility study has been prepared which contains additional functions. The expansion could potentially be up to 5000m2.
ANNO Museum shall engage a project manager who will manage the process of carrying out the project, and as an option follow the construction of the building.

The project manager shall assist the Contracting Authority in carrying out the project. The project manager shall initially assist in entering into a contract for the turnkey contractor, with an option for follow-up in the construction phase. We need a dedicated project manager and substitute.
The project manager must demonstrate experience with assignments for similar buildings, public contracting authorities and procurements, as well as competence related to the environment and sustainability.
The project shall be carried out according to RIF's (Consulting Engineers’ Association) guide for project management in building and construction projects.
