With approximately 2 000m² of floor area split equally over ground and first floor levels the building will include sleeping accommodation, with en-suite facilities, a general social area, an open plan office area, a canteen and amenity facilities with WCs, showers, lockers and changing facilities for both male and female workers. Within the base 4no. warehouse buildings, totalling approximately 2 850m² floor area will be constructed, providing storage, production and maintenance facilities to the site. Buildings will generally be of a steel portal frame construction with pre-formed steel cladding.
