4.1 The subject of the contract is "Service consisting in carrying out educational and cultural activities supporting the introduction of new social functions, i.e.: a sheltered apartment for people with intellectual disabilities (35 Wschodnia Street) and a protected apartment for people with physical disabilities (56 Zachodnia Street)". ). The primary objective of the activities carried out under the Order is to counteract social exclusion and social integration of residents of quarter 4 ROCŁ. Activities should be addressed to people who cannot cope with everyday life, do not have extensive interpersonal skills, are unable to solve problems on their own, or need support (including neighborly help). The Order consists of 2 tasks in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting an Annex to the SWZ

The primary objective of the activities carried out under the Order is to counteract social exclusion and social integration of residents of quarter 4 ROCŁ. Activities should be addressed to people who cannot cope with everyday life, do not have extensive interpersonal skills, are unable to solve problems on their own, or need support (including neighborly help). The above activities for social integration are to be implemented through:- organization of training and training cycles, - organization of events in the field of cultural and educational activities in the form of animation events. The Order consists of 2 tasks in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting an Annex to the SWZ. 2.Us ługa is implemented as part of the Project "Area Revitalization of Łódź - an area of 32.5 ha bounded by the streets: Zachodnia, Podrzeczna, Stary Rynek, Wolborska, Franciszkańska, Północna, Wschodnia, Rewolucji 1905 r., Próchnika together with frontages on the other side of the above-mentioned streets.", co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, under the Regional Operational Program of the Łódź Voivodeship for 2014-2020. 3.A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 1 to the SWZ. 4. The contracting authority does not provide for the submission of partial bids (numbering in accordance with the SWZ)

40.1 The Purchaser does not provide:

40.1.1. the conclusion of a framework agreement;

40.1.2. submission of variants and partial tenders;

40.1.3. settlement in foreign currencies;

40.1.4. electronic auction;

40.1.5. reimbursement of the costs of participation in the proceedings;

40.1.6. award of contracts pursuant to 214(1)(7) of the PPL Act;

40.1.7. the right of option under Article 441 of the PPL Act.

40.1.8. the requirement or possibility to submit tenders in the form of electronic catalogues

or attach electronic catalogues to the offer;

40.1.9. The Contractor shall carry out a local inspection or check by the Contractor the documents necessary for the performance of the contract available on the spot at the Ordering Party.

40.2 Scope and conditions of amendments to the concluded contract - issues relating to the contract are regulated in the model contract - Annex 6 to the SWZ.

40.3 The Contracting Authority did not conduct preliminary market consultations before initiating the procedure.
