The subject of the contract is the manufacture and delivery of license plates made according to the models specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 August 2022 on the registration and marking of vehicles, requirements for license plates and templates of other documents related to vehicle registration along with the execution and delivery of duplicate license plates and collection of withdrawn plates.

1) The subject of the contract is the production and delivery of license plates made according to the models specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 August 2022 on the registration and marking of vehicles, requirements for license plates and templates of other documents related to the registration of vehicles along with the execution and delivery of duplicate license plates and collection of withdrawn plates.

2) The order includes the supply of license plates in an estimated number of approx. 162 090 pieces.

3) The Ordering Party undertakes to place orders in the number of not more than 20,000 pcs. license plates within one month, unless the Contractor agrees to an order of more than 20,000 pieces during the term of the contract. Orders and delivery will take place at least once a month and not more often than five times a month.

4) The Contractor undertakes to provide the Contracting Authority with:

• license plates, within seven calendar days of receipt of the order,

• individual license plates within two working days of receiving the order,

• emergency license plates in case of increased demand, within two working days, with the number of emergency plates not exceeding 3,000 pcs. in one month.

5) The order includes the manufacture and delivery of duplicates of license plates in an estimated number of approx. 2,405

6) Orders of repeaters of plates will take place on an ongoing basis as needed by vehicle owners. A dozen or so orders per month are planned. The Contractor undertakes to provide the contracting authority with duplicates of license plates within two working days.

7) During the term of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to collect the withdrawn plates referred to in Article 74b paragraph 1 of the Road Traffic Law free of charge within three days from the date of notifying the Contractor about the need for collection, moreover, the Contractor is obliged to deal with the collected plates in accordance with Article 74b paragraph 2 of the Road Traffic Law. The annual number of license plates withdrawn from use is about 70,000 pieces. The boards will be collected at least twice a month from each location.

8) The Contracting Authority requires that the free collection of plates withdrawn from use referred to in point 7) be performed by an entity that has a current permit of the competent authority to conduct waste management activities (at least in the field of collection, transport and processing) in accordance with the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587).

9) The Contractor undertakes to lend free containers for collected plates in the number of not less than 20 pcs. (containers must be durable in service and contain at least 100 recalled plates).

10) Delivery of boards will take place during office hours, i.e. on Mondays 7.30 – 17.00, Tuesday – Friday 7.30 – 15.30.

11) Collection of withdrawn plates will take place on the same days and times.

12) The Contractor shall provide a 36-month warranty on the delivered plates.

13) A detailed description of the conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract is specified in the model contract together with attachments, constituting Annex 10 to the SWZ.
