The rooms necessary for the school operation of the future two-tier primary school (about 180 to 225 pupils) are to be realized in a new building and the existing school building is to be converted, renovated and set up for all-day operation. The program area (net area) of the Hublandschule was determined to be approx. 1474 m² plus ancillary use and development areas.

In the overall measure, the current pedagogical and organizational requirements must be taken into account and the possibilities of inclusion and participation must be supported by the structural structure. The special urban development feature of the task lies in the integration of the new building into the existing local structure with existing building, sports hall and nursing home on the one hand and residential development on the other. An opportunity is offered by the landscape situation on the south-west side with an unobstructed view of orchards.

The aim of this implementation competition is to obtain a high-quality, economical and sustainable building for this location that responds appropriately and in high quality to the respective urban planning, functional and economic requirements.
