Munich Volkshochschule GmbH (VHS) is Germany's largest adult education school and can look back on over a hundred years of history. maintenance cleaning of the Munich adult education centre, locations: Moosach, Scheidplatz, Seidlvilla, TroppenhauerstraßeMaintenance cleaning in different buildings according to object list lot 1 (appendix to part C - EXCEL) of VHS in Munich with a total cleaning area of approx. 8,574.17 m² for maintenance cleaning as specified in the allocation documents and special work according to price sheet special works lot 1 (appendix to part C - EXCEL) on requirement and as defined in detail in the procurement documents.
The client has the option of extending the contract for another year at a time, but it ends no later than 31 December 2026.
Maintenance cleaning of Munich Adult Education School, locations: Max Reinhard-Weg 29, Arabellapark, Claudius-Keller-StraßeMaintenance cleaning in different buildings according to object list lot 2 (appendix to part C - EXCEL) of VHS in Munich with a total cleaning area of approx. 4,409.57 m² for maintenance cleaning as specified in the allocation documents in detail and special work according to price sheet special works lot 2 (appendix to part C - EXCEL) on requirement and as defined in detail in the procurement documents.

Glass cleaning (North and East area)Glass cleaning in various buildings with a total cleaning area of approx. 2,099.44 m² for glass cleaning in lot 3, as specified in detail in the procurement documents, as well as in all lots special works according to price sheet special works lot 3 (appendix to part C - EXCEL) on request and as detailed in the procurement documents set.
Glass cleaning is divided into the East and North area. The service period for the East area begins on 01/01/2021 and ends on December 31, 2023. Deviating from this, the performance period for the North division begins on 01/01/2023 and ends on December 31, 2024.
