The subject of the procurement is Fingrid's procurement order and invoice system as a SaaS service.
The software service must support the entire process from purchase to payment, including purchase requests (free text, catalog, punchout catalog), purchase orders, order confirmations, reception, invoice reception and processing, and payment. Furthermore, the system should have functionalities related to supplier management, contract management, and targeted requests for proposals. The software service to be procured must, in the target state, include access rights for all Fingrid users.
The procurement also includes an implementation project, which, according to the preliminary plan, is expected to start at the beginning of 2026. The implementation is intended to take place in phases by Q3/2026. The support and advisory service included in the procurement will serve as the 2nd level contact channel for Fingrid's main users in case of disruptions. In addition to the above, the client has the option to procure minor development and project work, as well as expansion parts during the contract period to enhance and develop the subject of procurement.
The service is also provided to the client’s subsidiaries: Fingrid Datahub Ltd and Finextra Ltd.
