The object of the order is the purchase of the new National Forest Fire Information System (KSIPL). A detailed description of the object of the order shall be included in Annexes 3 and 3.1 to 3.7 to this SWZ and in the Designed Agreement provisions constituting Annex No 8 to SWZ.

Construction of the new National Forest Fire Information System (KSIPL) is to take place according to the following schedule:

1) Preparation of analytical and technical documentation, describing the requirements of the new KSIPL, taking into account the existing functionalities of the system, as well as new ones, within 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

2) Software specified in the analytical-technical documentation of system functionality, using the latest technologies (libraries, components and network services) - within 200 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

3) Implement the new KSIPL on the prepared network-server infrastructure provided by the Ordering Party, fine-tuning and configuring it correctly, taking into account the granting of the relevant roles and permissions to all system users (within 220 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

4) Past work - training on the operation of the new KSIPL for administrators, employees of the Regional Directorate of State Forests and national parks (within a period of up to 240 days from the date of conclusion of the contract).
