The tender includes 14 professional contracts, which are offered in separate sub-contracts. The total construction is approx. 3 075 m 2 spread over 3 floors. The family homes are on the 1st - 3rd floor of the building.

Construction site, sub-construction consisting of soil, foundation, utilities, terrain tires and sewerage, as well as rawhouses, have been preceded by the specialist contracts. It should be noted that the carpenter / carpenter takes over the builder's delivery for the installation of exterior doors and windows.

The electricity contract takes over the builder's supply for the installation of home appliances.

Delivery and masonry of internal tile and grouting work, as well as wear layers and tiled floors on stairs and corridors, molding of shafts in the floor separation, pore concrete walls and molding by elevator.

Delivery and installation of plumbing installations in the homes, (water and heating installations) gutters and downpipes for roof terraces and down to terrain deck and engineering room, new water plug, roof ducts incl. flanges, as well as sanitary equipment and mixer batteries in all homes.

Delivery and installation of ventilation in homes and common areas.

Decentralized plants located on the roof, with balanced supply and exhaust.

The painting contract includes the complete finishing and painting of all wall surfaces in the dwellings, stairwells and hallways.

Supply and installation of kitchen and furniture for all the homes.

Delivery and assembly of 2 pcs. lifts.

Delivery and installation of interior doors incl. fixtures, window mounting, delivery and installation of bicycle shed, waste space, mailboxes incl. nameplates, shaft closure for casting, duct coverage, moldings and fence wall incl. door to engineering room.

Control and installation of exterior windows and doors supplied by another supplier (specialist contract 662, sub-contract 3)

In addition, the specialist contract includes an option to supply exterior windows and doors (corresponding to specialist contract 662, sub-contract 3).

Delivery of front doors, stair doors, access doors, patio doors, and doors to engineering rooms and windows. Windows and doors are made as DVC-approved elements in wood / aluminum. Openings on the windows are done with child lock. Safety glass is required to the extent necessary.

Windows and doors are installed by another contractor (part agreement 2).

Delivery and installation of fully finished exterior fence for traffic noise and neighboring skis incl. calculations, foundations and possibly intermediate grants, cf. the tender documents.

Delivery and installation of steel altanes incl. protection and handrails, cf. the tender material, as well as protection and handrails on front entrances.

Delivery and installation of roof construction, roofing, roof terrace and finishes for other projects.

Delivery and installation of subfloor incl. wooden floor.

Supply and installation of electricity in homes and common areas, as well as for technical installations such as. Includes kitchens, ventilation systems, plumbing installations, TV drawbar and fiber networks for engineering rooms, building current rectification in homes, electronics and low-current installations, light in terrain incl. parking spaces and elevator.

Control and assembly of home appliances supplied by another supplier (contract 702, sub-contract 9).

In addition, the specialist contract includes an option for the supply of home appliances (contract 702 - Home appliances, sub-contract 9).

Delivery of home appliances and laundry.

The appliances are installed and installed by another contractor (701 EL specialist contract, sub-contract 8).
