MFD intends to sign a framework agreement with one (1) web partner regarding the proactive management and development of MFD's external websites and the analysis, cookie and accessibility services used on the websites. The assignment includes service management, user support, maintenance and new and further development.

MFD calculates the contract value to approximately SEK 4 million for a framework agreement period of 4 years.

MFD estimates that the scope of proactive management is about 20-30 hours per month. MFD currently has three external websites.
