Travel costs related to the repair of the subject of the contract will be borne by the Contractor. Possibly. transport of the charger to the service - at the expense of the Contractor. In the case of service at a distance greater than 100 km from the ordering party after the warranty period, the costs of service travel will be covered up to a distance of 100 km from the ordering party's base; f) During the warranty period, the service included in the price - the Contractor will bear all costs related to their implementation, including labor costs, replacement of materials, filters, replenishment of liquids and lubricants, the cost of service travel to the Ordering Party's base and other costs; g) the Contractor guarantees that the subject of the contract is free from structural, material, workmanship and legal defects; (h)documents in English Polish: service book, user manual, CE declaration of conformity, warranty cards/ service conditions, schedule of necessary inspections, list of spare parts.3.
