The subject of the contract is the management and disposal of waste resulting from the fragmentation of waste 19 12 12 other waste (including substances, objects) from mechanical treatment of waste, generated after the shredding of waste 20 03 07 – bulky waste. The estimated amount of waste to be managed is up to 1400 Mg. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce the amount of waste to be managed, which does not result in withdrawal from the contract or change of its terms. The actual amount of waste will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party.

The offered waste management method must comply with applicable law and recovery processes listed in Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste.

Waste 19 12 12 will be prepared by the Ordering Party for collection at a place enabling loading. The average weight of loading waste with the code 19 12 12 after shredding into transport with a moving floor (walking floor) is about 15 Mg.

Collection of waste after shredding will take place from the premises of Czysta Region Sp. z o. o., from Monday to Friday, from 6.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. There is a possibility of a different date of collection of the raw material, after prior arrangement with the Ordering Party. Loading of bulky waste after shredding is the responsibility of the Ordering Party. Weighing of waste collected by the Contractor will be carried out on a legalized scale of the Contracting Authority, located at the Contracting Authority's plant, and will be confirmed by a weighing receipt and a generated BDO confirmation. This document will be the sole basis for determining the amount of collected waste resulting from the shredding of bulky waste. The Contracting Authority shall issue waste transfer cards for waste with the code 19 12 12 – other waste, collected each time in accordance with the applicable law, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Contracting Authority with a written statement on the method of their management after each month of performing the service, indicating the recovery process specified in Appendix 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste. The contractor must indicate in the contract the installation where the collected waste will be recycled. The Contracting Authority allows for a site inspection to be carried out at Czysta Region Sp. z o. o. in Kędzierzyn-Koźle. The Contracting Authority informs that the possibility of conducting a site visit exists in the period from the date of announcing the tender to the day preceding the day of opening the bids, after prior telephone arrangement with the Contracting Authority. The site visit will cover the waste collection area code 20 03 07 and its surroundings in order for the Contractors to estimate, on their own responsibility, cost and risk, all data that may be necessary to prepare the offer and sign the resulting contract. The on-site inspection will take place on the premises of Czysta Region Sp. z o. o. in Kędzierzyn-Koźle, 7 Naftowa Street. The person responsible for organizing the site visit is Mr. Sobiesław Szydłowski. During the site visit, no inquiries will be accepted or any explanations will be provided regarding the content of the Terms of Reference. Such inquiries should be directed to the Contracting Authority in accordance with the provisions of the Act. The Contractor bears full responsibility for the consequences of the lack or recognition of the conditions for the performance of the contract. All costs related to the arrival at the place of execution of the order, with the site visit and the costs of materials necessary for the execution of the order shall be borne by the Contractor on its own, without the right to reimbursement from the Ordering Party
