The estimated value of the contract is: 4,377,600.00 lei without VAT, of which:
Estimated value of design services = 310,924.00 lei without VAT
Estimated value of execution work services = 4,066,676.00 lei without VAT.

The duration of this contract is 9 months, as follows:
• Preparation by the bidder of the documentation for obtaining approvals and agreements, project (PAC) where applicable, verification of the documentation by certified verifiers, obtaining the necessary approvals, agreements, and authorizations - 2 months from the date of signing the contract;
• Preparation of the technical project (PT), including estimates, execution details (DE), and other contained documentation, including their verification by certified verifiers - 3 months from the signing of the contract;
• Obtaining Construction Authorizations – 3 months from the signing of the contract;
• Technical assistance - throughout the execution period of the works;
• Execution period of the works - 4 months from the issuance of the order to commence works;
• Reception of the works – 2 months from the completion of the works;

Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers: 20
The contracting authority will send the response to clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
