The purpose of the procedure is to maintain the buildings in perfect condition, by removing paints, graffiti, “scratching”, performances in stainless steel elements, silkscreen printing on signage and wooden surfaces in the buildings and facilities of the stations and annexed outbuildings of the Directorate of Rodalíes de Catalonia, with the aim of improving the image perceived by travelers, as well as facilitating accessibility and mobility within the stations.

From the point of view of spaces, the object of the service is for each station, meaning the totality of this from the outside accesses, parking, etc., the building itself and its annexes, warehouses, technical rooms, dormitories of agents, platforms and roads beaches where appropriate, covering all elements thereof, whether structural, enclosure, finishing, installations, etc., including the corresponding entrance nozzles to tunnels where they exist.
