The contract includes technical equipment planning according to part 4 section 2 HOAI AG 1-6, 8, for the renovation and a replacement new entrance area/WC of Freckenfeld primary school.
Step-by-step commissioning of services of LPH 4-9 Technical Equipment is envisaged
The contract shall include the technical equipment planning referred to in Section 2 of Part 4 HOAI AG 1-6,8;
Service phases (LPH) 4 to 9 to:
- Plant group 1 sewage, water and gas plants,
- Plant group 2 heat supply plants,
- System group 3 ventilation systems,
- System group 4 high-voltage systems,
- Plant group 5 telecommunications and information technology systems,
— system group 6 lift systems,
— plant group 8 building automation.
The existing schoolhouse was built in 1922. There are 2 classrooms on the ground floor and first floor. Another classroom, which is illuminated on both sides due to the hillside location, is located in the basement. The toilet system with open roofing planned for demolition was built as part of the modernization from 1962 to 1964.
The façade of the existing building is to be energized, windows, roof insulation and roof covering and dormers renewed or supplemented. External sun protection louvers are provided as sun protection. The interiors are to be extensively renovated.
Smaller conversions are planned on the ground floor. A dining room with an output kitchen and a care room are planned in the attic.
The present planning envisages a single-storey replacement building for the toilet system with the following rooms:
Entrance area pausenhof 26.69 sqm,
WC barrier-free 5.76 sqm,
2 toilet teachers, each 2.60 sqm,
WC pupil 14.83 and 25.58 sqm,
hallway 18.81 sq.m;
The new building is connected to the existing building with a pent roof.
An external staircase (2nd structural escape route) is to be added to the west façade up to the attic. A lift from the break level to EC level is provided for barrier-free access.
Most of the building's technical equipment is to be renewed.
It is planned to install a pellet heating system with pellet storage in the basement. The aim is to check whether a new fireplace can be integrated into the existing chimney flues.
GFA Old building: approx. 200 sqm each UG/EG/OG + DG GF replacement building entrance area/toilet: 77.45 sqm.
