1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of baubles with the PG logo for organizational units of the Gdańsk University of Technology.

4. Detailed quantities of the subject of the contract are specified in the material and price form constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.

5. The Contractor shall be obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the model contract constituting Annex 5 SWZ.

6. The Contracting Authority guarantees the Contractor the performance of deliveries with a value of not less than 70% of the value indicated in § 4 clause 1 of the contract.

7. The contracting authority does not require the contractor to perform key tasks personally.

8. The Contractor may entrust the performance of part of the contract to a subcontractor. In such a case, the Contracting Authority shall request the contractor to indicate, in the tender, the part of the contract which it intends to entrust to subcontractors and the names of any subcontractors, if they are already known
