The subject of the order is: Development of natural expertise within project No POIS.02.04.00-00-0191/16 under the name “Inventory of valuable natural habitats of the country, species found within them and the creation of a Natural Resources Data Bank” — Inventory of the enclave Natura 2000 Lęgi nad Lusatian Nysa PLH080038.

The subject of the order is: Development of natural expertise within project No POIS.02.04.00-00-0191/16 under the name “Inventory of valuable natural habitats of the country, species found within them and the creation of a Natural Resources Data Bank” — Inventory of the enclave Natura 2000 Lęgi nad Lusatian Nysa PLH080038 covering:

1. the implementation of the field inventory of natural habitats and species for the protection of which the Natura 2000 areas concerned are designated, in particular as regards the determination of the area of habitats and their spatial distribution and the establishment of the assessment of the conservation status at the site, and in the case of species to determine their number or number of posts (including area) and to determine their spatial distribution, as well as to assess the conservation status at the site in the playing areas of the inventory area,

2. to analyze and interpret the results of the field studies obtained. Where Natura 2000 conservation items are found to be lacking in the playing areas covered by inventory or recognition of the ecological insignificance of the inventory part of the site from the point of view of preserving the conservation objectives of the Natura 2000 area, a draft adjustment of the boundary of the Natura area should be drawn up 2000 excluding the surveyed site from the area with the substantive justification of the proposed amendment,

3. to develop an update on the design of the Standard Area Data Form on the basis of the results obtained in the inventory carried out referred to in point 1.
