Due to the end of the term of the current agreements, BIG direkt gesund is re-tendering the service "Hosting Online Services and Platforms" in 2 lots. Here, the previous orders are bundled in a tender in order to be able to react uniformly but very flexibly to the upcoming requirements. The aim is to ensure a future-proof online service on a correspondingly flexible platform.

The two lots include the following services:

Lot 1: Provision and management (maintenance, monitoring, further development) of a Kubernetes infrastructure as well as a traditional hosting infrastructure and, in the future, a cloud infrastructure including technical support and consulting services.

Lot 2: System service services for the entire system (maintenance of operational readiness, restoration of operational readiness and provision of new program versions) as well as development, support and consulting services.

The contract period is 48 months with the possibility of two extensions of 12 months each.
