The project is part of the requalification of the Barbusse sector of the town of Malakoff, for which controlling parking is a major challenge. The creation of a multi-storey car park in the Nouzeaux district, intended both for tenants of the city of Nouzeaux (180 places) and residents (80 places), meets the objective of controlling parking and landscaping requalification feet of buildings. The building will be located within the city of Nouzeaux, along the SNCF railway line; it will have four levels. A specific treatment of the facades and the roof is expected in order to guarantee its harmonious integration into its environment.
