This assignment mainly includes the corrective maintenance of the technical installations that are responsible for the heat distribution of individual buildings, private homes and apartment buildings that are fed via the wamtenet and by means of a Heat Interface Unit (HIU) the heat is released to the central heating units and the sanitary water distribution.

It is a framework agreement.

The contract shall be regarded as a mixed price-fixing contract.

Namely, an assignment for a global price, with the exception of the items indicated by V.H., which constitute an assignment according to the price list, and are to be settled after execution.
