Framework agreement on minor repairs and routine maintenance (MREC) services for real estate complexes managed by CDC HABITAT SAINTE BARBE. The execution of the framework agreement will be carried out exclusively by purchase orders on price schedules with a minimum and maximum amount per lot and per sector indicated in Article 2.2 of the CCAC.
The works contracts are divided into technical lots, also divided into geographical sectors. These lots and sectors are defined in the consultation documents.
This consultation concerns only the following sectors:

- Sector D-Sector of the Forbach and Behren Agency
Lot n°3 Joinery int./Ext./Closure/Glazing

- Sector D-Sector of the Forbach and Behren Agency
