1. The subject of this order is the supply in the form of operational leasing of Central Print machines together with the provision of comprehensive Service of the Central Print System, under the conditions specified in the Draft Agreement, constituting Annex 6 to the SWZ.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, specifying the type and number of devices, is specified in the Form of required technical conditions, which constitutes Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.
3. The duties of the Contractor shall include:
a) delivery, assembly, commissioning and configuration of devices to the indicated units of the Medical University of Warsaw and on-the-job instruction,
b) transfer together with the subject of the lease of a set of documents: a copy of the warranty card of the devices, instructions for use (in Polish), insurance policy confirming the insurance of the leased object,
c) provision of the Comprehensive Service for a period of 36 months from the day following the date of signing the Acceptance Protocol (......)
