The large district town of Döbeln intends to renovate the Bürgergarten Döbeln park. The aim of the refurbishment of the park complex is to create a natural, biodiverse and multifunctional design and to contribute to CO2 reduction and to the improvement of the climate in the urban area. In addition, the structural facilities are to be refurbished and expanded with modern use as a centre of attraction. All in all, a recreational area for the population and guests of the city of Döbeln is to be created.

Total budget: currently approximately EUR 2.62 million

Production costs (KG 500): currently approximately EUR 1,78 million gross.

The subject of the planned contract for the renovation of the Bürgergarten Döbeln park is the following services in accordance with the draft contract:

— site planning services of the service phases (LPH) 1 to 8 for outdoor areas in accordance with HOAI 2013 § 39 et seq. in conjunction with Appendix 11,

— property planning services for service phases 1 to 8 for civil engineering structures in accordance with HOAI 2013 § 43 ff.

— Specialist planning services for service phases 1 to 8 for technical equipment — ELT (ALG 4-5) in accordance with HOAI 2013, § 55 ff.

The order is carried out in stages in accordance with the terms of the contract. Initially, only the LPH 1-3 will be commissioned.

When the tendered service phases 1-8 are commissioned, the order is expected to end in the middle of 2024 (conclusion of LPH 8).
