The service consists of managing the outsourcing of the scientific information system of the Institute of Applied Sciences and Simulation for Low Carbon Energies (ISAS) of CEA Paris-Saclay.

The service will begin with a one-month care phase, followed by an operational phase of 24 months, which can be extended twice for a period of 12 months (options).

Scientific outsourcing will intervene exclusively on the secure information system of ISAS, as initially set up by the DM2S and integrating the evolutions occurring during the term of the market. However, it will have to interact on certain tasks, with the outsourcing center currently in place on the Saclay site. The main components of the information system are described in the specifications.

The expected service includes in particular:

- a phase of care from 01/06/2022,

- an operational phase starting on 01/07/2022 to ensure the maintenance in operational and security condition of the infrastructures as well as the provision to users and business actors of the associated outsourcing services, the integration of changes in the information system, the optimizations of the system,

- an outgoing reversibility phase (option),

- specific services on prior quotes.

The scientific information system under Linux will welcome at market startup a maximum of 500 users, 700 PCs or virtual machines and will have a maximum of 20 servers.

Candidates are informed that the contract subject to this restricted invitation to tender is a sensitive and “specialFrance” contract within the meaning of Interministerial General Instruction No. 1300 on the protection of the secrecy of national defence.

As such:

- no application issued by a company governed by foreign law can be accepted,

- services giving access to information or support marked “Special France” can only be performed by natural persons having French nationality,

- an elementary check will be carried out.
