This contract concerns the establishment of an annual maintenance and total guarantee contract for all individual thermal production units, collective VMC gas and VMC owned by the CIL-SA House of HLM, and broken down into 9 geographical lots.
It is composed of preventive and curative maintenance services, and full guarantee for the 9 lots.
The supply and service market will include:
1) The flat-rate annual maintenance of the installations, individual thermal productions, individual VMC gases and collective VMCs;
2) Breakdown services (in working hours and on-call) or re-commissioning operations for all technical installations are included under the contract;
3) The flat-rate total guarantee of the installations, with distribution of the balance at the end of the contract (GTR).
