The assignment aims to modernize the central core of the ICT Infrastructure (the physical server and virtual servers). Replacing the physical server with a cloud solution is explicitly considered. The client has the explicit requirement that it always has access to the applications installed on the (virtual) servers.

In addition, the client wants to remain largely 'in control' over its ICT facilities. This means that the client must be able to determine how and when maintenance can be carried out on its application landscape. The Other Party can of course support this at the request of the Client.

It is possible that additional services are invested with the Other Party during the contract period. This is service provision that is currently performed by the Client itself, or by other third parties, and can be counted among the central IT facilities of the Client.

1. Providing a platform / infrastructure with sufficient storage and processing capacity;

2. Transition / migration of the applications on the current servers to the platform / infrastructure of the Other Party;

3. Hosting and managing the platform / infrastructure;

4. The further development of the platform / infrastructure;

5. desirable adjustments to the infrastructure / solution and to linked facilities;

6. Hiring employees of the Other Party.
