The LANUV NRW intends to award the purchase and delivery of chemicals and other laboratory consumables.
A total of 28 lots were created.
The LANUV NRW - as the tendering authority - carries out this procedure in its own name and for 11 other public authorities / public authorities.
With the individual requests, the aforementioned facilities enter into an independent contractual relationship with the respective clients.
The framework agreement is concluded for the period from the award of the contract until July 31, 2024.
For lots C1a to C11, the entire manufacturer range must be offered with a common discount rate. This applies accordingly to lots V2a to V12, whereby these lots are limited to the named product groups. Lot V1 is largely product-neutral and final.
A framework agreement is concluded for each lot. With the exception of lot V1, the lots are aligned to the manufacturer. Lots C1a to C11 each cover the entire manufacturer range, while lots V2a to V12 only limit a certain product group of one manufacturer (e.g. dosing aids in lots V3 / V4).
The estimated financial volume for the individual lots with regard to the manufacturer-related sales was collected by the clients to the best of their knowledge. The forecast sales overview (in accordance with the "Total needs overview") contains the individual sales of the individual authorities / institutions under public law. The actual demand can also fall below the estimated volume.
As far as is known, future changes have already been taken into account.
A binding acceptance obligation for the aforementioned amounts cannot be contractually entered into.
Incidentally, the fact that the actual orders can only be placed to the extent that the ordering party will be allocated or available for management.
For this framework agreement, a maximum limit (euro / gross) is agreed for the individual lots per client (see Appendix "Maximum volume total"). If the respective maximum limit is reached, this framework agreement for the corresponding lot of the respective client also ends before the contract term expires.
The contractor must immediately inform the respective client in writing - without request - when 70% of the total volume has been reached.
